Fully Human Counseling & Consulting, PLLC
Serving your search for presence, meaning, freedom.
Chris Bradshaw, PhD, LPC
Counselor, Consultant
“Many work to discover more in themselves, in others, in life — more presence, aliveness, meaning. And yet, something blocks us. Anxiety. Depression. Old wounds, or a loss that changed everything. Self-protective patterns, like "perfectionism," and "people-pleasing."
People I work with are introspective and capable — carrying real strengths alongside real pain. Some wonder if trauma defines them. Others sense something missing but can't name it.
Depth-oriented therapy seeks to help you find or rediscover strengths, values, and inner resources. We explore what holds you back — and why those patterns developed in the first place. Understanding the function of your struggles may change your relationship to them. Real movement becomes a goal: relief, agency, a life with more meaning.
If you're ready to explore, I'd be glad to talk and decide if I am a good fit to walk alongside you.
Reaching out takes courage. I respect your willingness to face what's difficult.
I consider it my duty to create an environment in therapy that is safe, confidential, compassionate, and growth-oriented.”
